ABOUT
I am a senior interior designer with over 16 years of experience in commercial design. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Design from the University of Nebraska. Most of my career was spent working with OPN Architects. After graduation I started out in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office and then jumped at the opportunity to help be a part of the team that opened up a new office in Iowa City, Iowa.

A few years ago we decided to make the move to Ireland when my husband was offered a new position there in Cork. I quickly found a design position at RKD leading the newly developed interiors group in the Cork office. This afforded me the opportunity to work on some very exciting projects while getting familiar with how the construction industry differs in Ireland. We have now made our way back to the United States.
I have worked on a wide variety of project types including: corporate, education, civic, hospitality and healthcare. Clients I've worked with include Fortune 500 Companies (Boehringer Ingelheim, Collins Aerospace, John Deere, Principal Financial) and large institutions (University of Iowa, US Federal Government). My main focus is in corporate and higher education design, but I enjoy the challenge of working in new markets and familiarizing myself with their ins and outs.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family and our adorable labradoodle Ella. We love hiking and traveling every chance we get.
