Transitions Optical develops coatings for eyeglasses and is known around the globe for their product.  This Concept Design included the remodel of select areas in the companies existing buildings to gain a Customer Experience Centre, larger Canteen and more efficiently laid out office space.  This particular facility does extensive R&D as well as some manufacturing.  A need to make a more enticing workplace for recruitment and retention as well as create an impactful customer experience drove the need to transform Transitions Optical existing space.  Incorporation of design elements that reflect the clients brand included transitions, colour spectrum and refraction.
